Automatic door: mains to an electrical branch set to 2, then to a laser detector inside the door, then to a door controller on the frame. Pair by standing in the laser and pressing E on the door. Works on window shutters too.
Oil rig alarm: an RF receiver on frequency 4765 wired to a speaker or flashing light sounds when someone starts the event. A pager on the same frequency alerts you anywhere.
Intrusion lockdown: HBHF sensors set to strangers feed XOR switches into an AND, which sets a memory cell. The cell's inverted output powers the door controllers, so doors lose power when it trips. A reset switch clears it. Raiders who capture your cupboard can still bypass door controllers with a battery.
