WIND RULE DETAIL

Beam Each turbine sends a thin beam 15 m (5 foundations) forward, a little over two floors up. Anything solid in it stops the turbine at 0 rW until the wind turns

Below the beam Walls and floors under it do not block. Angled roofs on floor two and the double door frame itself do

Doesn't block Chainlink fence, netting and an open garage door inside a double door frame

Enclosing Needs the third floor clear out to 5 foundations and 7 floors clear above

Rotation Always clockwise, one full turn about every hour

Height Measured above the buildable ground, not above sea level. Higher is better

Swings About 50 rW either side of the average
