A small solo base of two squares and a triangle airlock. Place it all in twig first, then upgrade.

Upgrade to wood. If you have stone, do the foundations first.

Place a wooden door and key lock, then the tool cupboard right after the first door.

Put two small boxes next to the cupboard, store your bag, and place two furnaces near the door.

Smelt metal and swap to a metal door with a code lock.

Upgrade to stone as early as you can. It stops primitive raiding.

Add a large box near the cupboard and swap your bag for a workbench, then put the bag back.

Put your bed furthest from the entrance. Exit on the side where the inner door blocks the outer one.

Going past metal draws more raids than stone does. Use an HQM door early instead of saving it.
