Craft at workbench tier 2: 5 HQM, 300 metal fragments, 3 gears. The Outpost sells parts at 250 scrap each.

Each piece goes on an empty square foundation with a clear shaft. Walls, doorways and wiring may share it. Doorways go on the front or back only.

Power use is small and does not rise with height. Wire the power into the motor at the top.

Call it with the big red button (30 scrap) wired to the lower frame sockets on each floor.

Treat all parts as wood. They burn, and if a lower piece breaks, everything above it falls.

Anyone can ride a powered elevator.
